Urban Air is looking for a full-time Park Supervisor to help us "Activate Awesome!" You’ll be the heartbeat of our park—leading a dynamic team, managing daily operations, and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re overseeing a high-stakes Teen Night or a milestone birthday party, you’ll have the tools to lead your team to success. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Lead the Team: Hire, train, and coach staff. Manage daily schedules and labor costs while fostering a "team-first" culture. Own the Floor: Oversee daily operations, including attractions, food and beverage, and opening/closing procedures. Ensure Safety: Maintain a clean, secure environment. Monitor equipment and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed. Guest Advocacy: Act as a Brand Ambassador, resolving guest concerns with a positive attitude and ensuring top-tier service. Drive Results: Monitor performance standards and provide the team with the feedback needed to hit business goalsWhat We’re Looking For (Qualifications) Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience (Hospitality, Theme Parks, or Restaurants preferred). Availability: Ability to work when "others play"—this includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Communication: Clear verbal and written skills; able to handle high-pressure situations with a level head. Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long periods and moving through a noisy, active environment; able to lift up to 30 lbs. Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn internal POS systems. Bonus: CPR/First Aid certification is a major plus!
