• Sick time accrues based on hours worked, capped at 56 hours, and in accordance with applicable law and company policy.

Health insurance eligibility requires an average of 32 hours per week and 90 days of employment.

• Paid Family Leave is available to employees who meet NY State eligibility - generally after 26 consecutive weeks of work for those regularly scheduled 20+ hrs/week, or after working 175 days for employees averaging fewer than 20 hrs/week. Benefits are job-protected and apply to qualified family events under NY law.
