Overview:

At Chick-fil-A, Team Members play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive dining experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, hospitality, and attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food following Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
• Handle cash and operate POS systems
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• No prior experience required (training provided)

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Previous customer service or food service experience
• Ability to multitask effectively

Schedule:

• Day shifts, evening shifts
• Required to be available to work on Fridays and Fully available on Saturdays
• Required to close some evenings
