Benefits & Pay

The beginning pay range for this position is $16.00 to $20.00 and is dependent on your experience and performance as a lawn care or landscaping professional. Pay is weekly.

Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Team Member
• Front-Line Employee -

o You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You'll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care.

o The team looks to you to perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery. This may include other lawn care duties when not focused on Landscaping work.

o You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often and assess your surroundings for safety. Using best judgement and communicating with your team lead if questions or problems arise is vital.

o You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day (including appropriately caring for the gear and equipment).

How We Measure Success
• Attendance: Might sound basic, but it's critical to meet our Customer Service goals. You need to be here as required by your

Supervisory team.
• Budget vs Actual Hours: Keeping jobs profitable is dependent on managing the time planned and spent at each job.
• Return Rates: You'll ensure quality control to make sure it's rare to ever need to go back to redo a job.
• Customer Retention: Building great relationships with each customer, and ensuring that they receive exceptional service, will keep them coming back.
• Full Utilization of Software & Processes: This helps make all of the above possible.

Job Requirements for Landscaping Team Member
• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries. This includes the ability to operate landscaping equipment (i.e. mowers, blowers, edgers, etc.) Cutting your uncle's yard once or twice does NOT qualify as professional experience.

In addition, there are a few minimum requirements that are necessary to be considered for this position.
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to the main office daily
• Citizen of the United States OR can immediately provide paperwork of legal eligible to work within the United States

Also note, we do NOT tolerate the use of any illegal substances, alcohol, or cigarette smoking during working hours.

Scheduled reviews will be utilized for pay increase and advancement!
