Essential Functions:

• Team player
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent menu and product knowledge
• Accountable for the accuracy of the guest's order
• Communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner
• Able to suggestive sell products
• Able to support fundraising initiatives
• Proficient use of POS system
• Able to count money accurately
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace
• Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Adherence to all PCI compliance guidelines
• Take phone orders accurately
• Understand the mission of the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
