Position: Team Member.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a a based desserts and other menu items according to Toupie s recipes and standards.
Greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including front-of-house and back-of-house spaces.
Restock supplies, ingredients, and inventory as needed during shifts.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; training will be provided. Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-first attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the required schedule.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
VA Food handler certification is preferred.
Work Schedule:
Part-time, up to 29 hours per week or Full-Time on a 40 hours per week dedicated schedule.
Monday through Saturday: 10:00 AM 9:00 PM.
Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM.
Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
