Team Member Job Description
At Smoothie King, Team Members are the foundation of our business. Joining our team means starting a journey of development, leadership, and fun.
We’re looking for friendly, energetic individuals who want to grow — and help guests Rule the Day with every blend.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and serve guests with energy, friendliness, and hospitality
- Learn and blend smoothies using our signature recipes
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Collaborate with your team to hit daily goals
- Support opening/closing procedures and daily operations

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and hospitality-driven
- Able to take initiative, communicate clearly, and solve problems
- Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willing to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers)
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time or full-time position. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
