This remote Team Member Relations role is a 3-4 month assignment with a pay rate of $25-$38/hr, working Mon-Fri 8a-5p. A college degree is preferred.
The specialist conducts confidential investigations, advises on policies, and reviews disciplinary actions and terminations in collaboration with HR and leadership.
They analyze data to support program development, recommend and implement employee relations initiatives, and assist with training to enhance leader capabilities.
Essential skills include HR investigations, employment law, and SNOW experience. The role ensures consistent policy application, promotes employee satisfaction, and maintains positive communication with leaders and HR teams.
Other duties are performed professionally and courteously as needed.
