SHIFT LEAD Ready for the next step? As a Shift Lead, you’ll help run the shift, support the team, and ensure smooth operations. What You’ll Do:
Lead by example and motivate team members
Ensure excellent guest service every shift
Help manage workflow during busy periods
Support training and development of new hires
Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
Assist with cash handling and shift responsibilities
