The Opportunity

We are hiring Part-Time Scoop Team Members to join our crew for evening and weekend shifts. This role is ideal for adults who want flexible, predictable part-time work that fits around daytime responsibilities, a second job, or a return to the workforce.

You will be at the center of the action during busy casino nights, serving guests, working closely with teammates, and building your customer service skills while earning hourly pay plus tips.

What You'll Do

• Serve Ben & Jerry's ice cream, mastering the scoop and preparing menu items accurately and efficiently
• Create a friendly, upbeat experience for every guest with positive energy and attentive service
• Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift, especially during busy rushes
• Work evening and weekend shifts as part of a small, supportive team in a fast-paced casino environment
• Follow store procedures for cash handling, product safety, and closing duties to keep the shop running smoothly

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently arrives on time, reliably covers scheduled evening and weekend shifts, and communicates clearly about availability
• Receives positive feedback from guests and teammates for friendliness, accuracy, and helpfulness
• Handles busy periods with a calm, team-first attitude while maintaining quality and speed of service
• Demonstrates solid knowledge of the menu and shop routines within the first few weeks and can work independently when needed

What We're Looking For

• Evening and weekend availability, with late-night availability a plus
• Friendly, people-first attitude and comfort interacting with guests in a lively environment
• Reliable, team-oriented approach; no prior ice cream or food service experience required
• Ability to stand on your feet and stay engaged during busy shifts in a fast-paced setting

Compensation and Benefits

• $16.94 per hour plus tips, with typical total earnings of approximately $19–$25 per hour
• Free Ben & Jerry's ice cream while on shift
• Part-time employment
• Primarily evening and weekend shifts; store open until 2am on weekdays and 3am on Fridays and Saturdays
