We are hiring an Assistant Manager and Team Members to play a key role in supporting daily operations across two concepts in Stonewall, TX:
Sulbing Stonewall Korean dessert caf (bingsu, coffee, desserts)
Ranch Road Burgers fast-casual burger concept focused on local Hill Country beef
This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day operations across both locations. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to lead shifts, support staff, and ensure both businesses run smoothly. Team Members will play a key role in executing service, maintaining quality, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
There is a strong opportunity to grow with the company into senior leadership as we expand to multiple locations.
What You ll Do:
All Team Members:
Support daily operations across both concepts
Deliver excellent guest service and maintain a positive, team-first attitude
Assist during service by taking orders, running food, and supporting food prep as needed
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality and consistency
Assistant Manager (in addition to the above):
Run shifts independently across both locations
Open and close each location as needed
Lead shifts by directing and supporting team members during service
Step into front-of-house or kitchen roles as needed to ensure smooth operations
Maintain service quality, speed, and overall guest experience standards
Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and daily operational tasks
Handle customer issues professionally and resolve them efficiently
What We re Looking For:
Strong reliability and accountability (this is non-negotiable)
Previous restaurant or caf experience (leadership experience preferred for Assistant Manager)
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
Composure and leadership during high-volume service periods
Willingness to work alongside the team not just supervise
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Team-first attitude with attention to detail and pride in your work

Schedule:
Must be available on weekends
Mix of opening and closing shifts
Assistant Manager: Full-time schedule (approximately 40+ hours per week)
Team Members: Part-time to full-time hours available based on role and availability
