Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective sales goals and provide exceptional client service.
  • Conduct market research to identify new property listings and stay updated on local real estate trends.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process.
  • Prepare and present detailed property proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies to clients.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and transaction documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and contribute to the growth of The Tierney Network.
Qualifications
  • Must hold an active real estate license in Washington State
  • Must be willing to work full time
