Familiarity with HRIS software. Facilitate open and effective communication between team members on the PM shift. Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring a positive work environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and address any concerns. Shifts: Monday - Friday some Saturdays 8:30 PM - 4:30 AM Duration: Direct hire
