Team Resources Specialist - Summary:

The Team Resources Specialist supports team member data management and compliance by maintaining accurate records in HR systems, including licensure and certification tracking. This role ensures timely documentation, processes updates, and generates reports to audit data integrity and support regulatory compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of Human Resources experience OR
• 2 years of customer service experience OR
• 2 years of healthcare experience

Education:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field

Position Details:

• Facility: Team Resources supporting Mease Countryside, Mease Duedin and Morton Plant
• Location: BayCare System Office West
• Status: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
• Shift: Days (Shift 1) | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekend Work: Occasional
• On Call: No
• Work Model: Onsite
