    Education

    • Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree in Disciple

    Certification/Licensure

    • VA License in Disciple
    • BLS

    Experience

    • 3 years Clinical Rehab Experience
    • Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist - strongly Preferred
