  About the Role<\/b><\/span>

  As an Elementary Team Teacher, you will partner with classroom teachers to support students through co -teaching, small group instruction, and targeted interventions<\/b>. You will play a key role in helping students build strong academic foundations while nurturing their growth spiritually, socially, and emotionally.

  Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

  • Collaborate with faculty to plan lessons and implement interventions through the RtI process
    <\/li>
  • Provide whole group, small group, and individualized instruction based on student needs
    <\/li>
  • Support differentiated instruction within the classroom
    <\/li>
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate data for RtI goals
    <\/li>
  • Work closely with teachers and intervention specialists to support diverse learners
    <\/li>
  • Communicate effectively with faculty and parents regarding student progress
    <\/li>
  • Participate in professional development and team collaboration
    <\/li><\/ul>

    • Clear FBI/BCI background check<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher, required<\/i><\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Valid and active 5 year professional Ohio teaching license/certification, required<\/i><\/b> 
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong understanding of instructional strategies and student learning needs
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
      <\/li>
    • Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs
