Rockefeller, the Firm has evolved to offer strategic advice to ultra- and high-net-worth individuals and families, institutions, and corporations from offices in 32 markets throughout the United States, as well as an office in London. The Firm oversees $203 billion in client assets as of March 31, 2026.

Position:

A Private Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a highly skilled Team Wealth Planner to deliver white‑glove, high‑touch family office services to ultra‑high‑net‑worth families, founders approaching liquidity events, and multigenerational households. This role is a key complement to the core advisory team and is responsible for executing sophisticated planning initiatives, supporting complex client needs, and ensuring seamless coordination across the broader advisory ecosystem. The Team Wealth Planner will play an integral role in translating strategy into execution, managing planning workflows, and maintaining the operational excellence required to serve families with significant complexity.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the advisory team in the delivery and execution of complex wealth planning strategies for ultra‑high‑net‑worth families and multigenerational households.
  • Own the preparation and maintenance of detailed client reporting, including building, reviewing, and updating reports within platforms such as Addepar or Tamarac, and conducting in‑depth analysis across multiple custodial and data portals.
  • Coordinate planning activities across internal partners and external professionals, including attorneys, accountants, and other advisors, to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain comprehensive cash flow, net‑worth, and balance sheet reporting for complex client relationships.
  • Assist with trust and estate planning analysis, including the organization and interpretation of legal and financial structures.
  • Oversee planning‑related workflows, documentation, and follow‑through to ensure a consistent, high‑touch client experience.
  • Utilize family office technology platforms and financial models to support planning deliverables and client reporting.
  • Contribute to team operations by helping maintain processes, data accuracy, and planning standards across client relationships.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in a family office, private client services, or wealth management environment, with demonstrated exposure to complex client situations.
  • Preferred professional designations include CFP, CFA, or CTFA.
  • Strong familiarity with trust and estate structures, cash flow analysis, and comprehensive net‑worth tracking for high‑complexity households.
  • Prior experience working directly with high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth families, founders, or multigenerational clients.
Skills:
  • Experience using high‑end family office technology platforms such as Addepar, Archway, Eton Solutions, Black Diamond, or similar systems.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, with the ability to support detailed financial analysis and reporting.
Compensation Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $175,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
