Manage and support Teamcenter PLM environments across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production, including installation, configuration, and upgrades (notably version 2506).
Utilize Deployment Center for automated installs, environment setup, and change promotion via BMIDE deployments and data model updates.
Support core components like Dispatcher, FMS, pool manager, and admin data configurations, along with indexing, Solr setup, and performance scaling for global search.
Work with Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics (TCRA) for setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of reporting systems.
Monitor system health, ensure high availability, troubleshoot issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate environment setup using Ansible, Pulumi, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and work with Docker and container setups.
Support automated build, deployment, and release workflows, collaborating with development teams to improve code integration.
Investigate and resolve performance issues, including DB locks, memory, slow queries, and database tuning with DBAs.
Tune Solr indexing and support TCRA reporting performance for large datasets.
Conduct root cause analysis for critical bugs, ensure system scalability and stability under varying loads.
Administer Linux environments, monitor system resources, review logs, and diagnose issues.
Handle patching, security updates, and system hardening.
