Teamcenter Administrator

Job involves working as part of the IT Infrastructure team, responsible for Siemens and Dassault Systèmes PLM systems, including Teamcenter, NX, and Solidworks

Requires deployment, configuration, and maintenance of various CAD-related relation solutions, including web tier/pool manager, enterprise tier, database tier, FMS, and Teamcenter security services

Role includes active monitoring and continuous improvement of the PLM production environment for optimal performance, reliability, and scalability

Involves implementation and maintenance of PLM test environments with a focus on improving environment spin-up/refresh in support of production

Facilitates the implementation of new CAD tools and features, as well as deployment of BMIDE updates and customizations

Provides daily support and training to CAD engineering users and troubleshoots issues

Requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and other administrators for seamless integration of PLM into other systems such as ERP, MES, and other data systems

Stays current with the latest PLM features by coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers

Complements the IT Infrastructure team and supports its daily duties and mission

Requires 4+ years of experience in installing, developing, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining engineering systems, with a focus on Siemens and Dassault Systèmes

4+ years of experience with administering Windows and Linux server and desktop operating systems is needed

Working knowledge of VMWare and/or Azure public cloud is necessary

Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar technical discipline is required.
