Job Summary
The Teamcenter ITK Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom extensions and integrations within Siemens Teamcenter using the Integrated Toolkit (ITK). This role focuses on backend development to support PLM business processes, data management, and system integrations, working closely with architects, functional analysts, and business stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain custom Teamcenter functionality using ITK (C/C++).
· Design and implement server-side extensions, handlers, exits, and utilities.
· Customize Teamcenter business logic to support PLM processes such as change management, BOM management, workflows, and data governance.
· Build and support integrations between Teamcenter and external systems (ERP, MES, CAD, reporting tools).
· Work with BMIDE to define and extend Teamcenter data models.
· Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot ITK-based customizations.
· Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and regression testing.
· Follow Teamcenter best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
· Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
· Document custom solutions and provide support during deployment and post-go-live phases.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter ITK development experience.
· Strong proficiency in C and C++.
· Solid understanding of Teamcenter core architecture and server-side processing.
· Experience with Teamcenter ITK APIs, handlers, exits, and custom services.
· Familiarity with Teamcenter data model concepts and BMIDE.
· Experience working with Teamcenter workflows and access control (ACLs).
· Ability to debug complex issues in a distributed enterprise environment.
