QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.).
Preferred: College courses in subjects such as anatomy and physiology, biology, and chemistry. Self-motivated with strong critical thinking skills, the ability to think independently, and works effectively in a team environment.
Lic/Reg/Cert: Hold a nationally recognized Phlebotomy certification.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS
Involves light physical and moderate cognitive demands. Must be able to bend, reach intermittently, and walk one to three miles. Able to work under time constraints, manage multiple tasks, and handle frequent interruptions. Must prioritize and organize tasks effectively. Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
