Tech Lead (Data Engineering)
This time around, the client is focused on candidates with strong technical leadership experience and the ability to bridge communication between business and engineering teams.

Looking for candidates with clear career progression and relevant leadership titles (e.g., Technical Lead, Lead Data Engineer, Data Architect, etc.).
Non-Negotiables:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead
- Hands-on expertise in Databricks and Azure Synapse (Spark-based data processing)
- Experience with Lakehouse architecture
- Advanced BI skills (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics)
- Experience with Unity Catalog
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
