Perform testing on SAP and reporting systems

Review user requirements, Functional/technical specification documents to ensure that requirements are testable

Document and monitor defects through the resolution process

Communicate test and defect status to project teams and management

Receive work assignments, context, and guidance

Provide daily status updates

Collaborate to develop requirements for new or changed business processes

Required

Years of experience 7 10 yrs
o
Familiarity with Testing tools, specifically JIRA
o
Knowledge of retail business processes
o
Ability to identify and prioritize project testing needs
o
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
o
Understanding of IT development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
o
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o
Ability to actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across REI for the achievement of business goals
o
Bachelora s degree in related field or equivalent work experience 7 10 yrs
o
Ability to consolidate information from various sources including feedback from others to reach sound decisions
