Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Java Kafka to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based technologies, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, and microservices development. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, team mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
" Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Java-based applications and microservices.
" Lead and mentor development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
" Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
" Define technical architecture, coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.

Required Skills:
" Strong experience in Advanced Java Concepts, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
" Hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ messaging systems.
" Experience with BAMOE / Drools Rule Management System.
" Strong knowledge of Hibernate, JPA, Oracle, and MongoDB databases.
" Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
" Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
