Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors degree, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Google is looking to build the next-generation of on-prem AI infrastructure to bring the best of Google to empower Frontier model and AI solution builders to advance for AI around the world. Our team is responsible for building reliable and scalable TPU orchestration with Kubernetes. Our goal is to enable customers to effectively and reliably run their GenAI workloads by leveraging Google TPU infra at scale.
The team is on a mission to redefine the future of at-scale computing by delivering a groundbreaking, on-premises AI supercomputer experience with K8s. This is a unique opportunity to join a "special project" team creating a novel solution for customers with sophisticated security and locality requirements.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
