Mission: As a Tech Lead, youll mentor and implement modern software practices, ensuring high-quality product delivery aligned with business goals. Your role involves leading a team to innovate and build core platforms for Our Marketplace business unit.

Responsibilities: • Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality code. • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle. • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Architect scalable systems and prioritize team efforts. • Collaborate with product teams to define capabilities and organize work. • People management, fostering growth and retaining talent.

Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. 6+ years of software development experience, including 1+ year in leadership. Full stack developer with backend expertise. Proficiency in scripting languages like Ruby. Experience with relational databases and cloud platforms. Strong understanding of OOPs concepts and SOLID principles. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Typescript, VueJS, Kafka is a plus. Advocate for automated software testing and web standards.
