Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Consultant
with strong expertise in enterprise integration platforms such as
Workday Integration, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar middleware solutions . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable integration solutions across enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Design
Development
Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions using platforms such as
Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Boomi AtomSphere, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform , or equivalent.
Develop and maintain
APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and data transformation pipelines .
Create reusable integration components, frameworks, and best practices.
Solution Architecture
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define
integration architectures and strategies .
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance integration designs aligned with enterprise standards.
Lead solution design workshops and provide guidance on middleware adoption.
Implementation
Delivery
Lead or contribute to
full lifecycle implementations
including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
Configure and deploy integrations across
HR, Finance, Payroll, CRM, and other enterprise systems .
Ensure integrations meet
SLAs, compliance, and governance requirements .
API
Middleware Management
Design and manage
API-led connectivity frameworks .
Implement API governance, versioning, and lifecycle management.
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using platform tools and logging frameworks.
Testing
Quality Assurance
Develop and execute
unit, integration, and UAT test cases .
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
Ensure adherence to
data security, GDPR/SOX compliance standards
where applicable.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with
clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams .
Provide status reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and technical documentation.
Support pre-sales, proposals, and solution estimations when required.
Required Skills
Qualifications
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with
at least one major integration platform :
Workday Integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI)
Dell Boomi (process design, connectors, API management)
MuleSoft (Anypoint Studio, API Manager, DataWeave)
Strong knowledge of:
XML, JSON, XSLT
REST/SOAP APIs
Middleware architecture patterns (ESB, iPaaS)
Experience with
data transformation, orchestration, and error handling frameworks .
Familiarity with
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
is a plus.
Domain Knowledge
Experience integrating enterprise systems such as:
HCM systems (Workday, SuccessFactors)
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
CRM systems (Salesforce)
Understanding of
business processes across HR, Finance, Payroll, or Supply Chain .
The pay range for this role is
