Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with a strong background in Azure DevOps to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in network engineering, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing network solutions in a cloud environment. This role requires a deep understanding of network protocols, security, and performance optimization, along with expertise in Azure DevOps practices to enhance our network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage network solutions that meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance.
Utilize Azure DevOps to automate network deployment and management processes, ensuring continuous integration and delivery.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define network architecture and security policies.
Conduct regular network assessments and implement improvements based on best practices and emerging technologies.
Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in network engineering and cloud technologies.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation tools.
In depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and network security principles.
Experience with cloud networking solutions, particularly in Azure environments.
Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.) for automation tasks.
Experience with network virtualization technologies (SDN, NFV).
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security standards (ISO, NIST, etc.).
Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on cloud environments.
Proven experience with Azure DevOps and its application in network management.
Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles.
