Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Testing. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality products. You will be responsible for developing and testing platform solutions that meet our business needs while ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable platform solutions using Salesforce technologies.
• Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to enhance product offerings.
• Document development processes, code changes, and testing results for future reference.
• Provide support and training to junior developers and team members as needed.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and practices.
• Ability to write and execute test cases, and report on testing outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
