Tech Lead - Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, focusing on building robust and scalable platform solutions. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our product offerings, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high quality software solutions using Hibernate and JPA.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Hibernate and JPA.
• Proficient in Java programming language.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
