Job Title: IBM WTX
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (IBM WTX). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Utilize IBM WTX to design, develop, and implement data transformation solutions that meet business requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, providing solutions to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience with IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (IBM WTX) is a deal breaker.
- Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes.
- Knowledge of additional IBM products and tools.
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in program or project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

The pay range for this role is $95,000- $100,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
