Tech Lead - Software Engineer

Job Title: Developer Platform/Product
We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong focus on .Net Core to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality products. This role requires a deep understanding of platform and product development, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications using .Net Core.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs.
Contribute to the architecture and design of the platform, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance product offerings.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in .Net Core development.
Proficient in C# and object oriented programming principles.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL Server and Entity Framework.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of front end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
