Tech Lead

Location- Dallas TX, Wilmington DE

Salary- $120K/Y

Primary Skillset Required:

Knowledge of AWS, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL and Unix/Shell scripting and Dynatrace

Experience in Level 2 (L2) Application Support, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and end-user support

Proficiency in performing system health checks, monitoring application performance, and proactively identifying operational issues

Strong debugging and analytical skills, with the ability to trace logs, analyze errors, and determine the root cause of application issues

Support and maintain application authentication and authorization mechanisms

Experience on SonarQube for code quality

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and services, including monitoring and managing cloud-based resources and applications

Job Description

Assist users in requesting and obtaining CREWS access through SailPoint, including providing guidance on the access request process

Monitor the application for errors and exceptions based on system-generated notifications and alerts

Investigate reported issues, perform initial analysis, and coordinate with appropriate teams for timely resolution

Ensure application health by proactively reviewing notifications and escalating critical issues as required

The pay range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
