Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, system integration, or IT operations
- At least 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineering role
- Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) or Life/Health underwriting lifecycles, rules engines, and policy lifecycle management
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python (for vendor discussions)
- Familiarity with modern underwriting platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Majesco) is a plus
- Interest and good understanding of AI capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders
- Comfortable conducting reviews with vendors and challenging their approaches when necessary
- LinkedIn profile required for candidate submission
