The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, particularly in building and enhancing platform products. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and a passion for delivering high quality solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce applications using Apex programming. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development. Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to enhance product offerings. Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications for future reference. Mandatory Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex Programming. Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Solid understanding of object oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce administration and configuration. Experience with other programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce technologies. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
