Responsibilities:
Manage and administer the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Develop and implement product strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer experience.
Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the platform effectively.
Monitor system performance and user feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve functionality and user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and financial services.
Assist in the development of product documentation, including user guides and training materials.
Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards are met.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven expertise in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.
7 10 years of experience in product administration or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
Experience in training and supporting users on Salesforce platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce certifications, particularly in Financial Service Cloud or related areas.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of financial services industry standards and regulations.
Familiarity with data management and reporting tools within Salesforce.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of relevant experience in product administration, with a focus on Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality results.
