Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Tech PM for a Contract with a client in Temple Terrace, FL (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for gathering business requirements, defining implementation roadmaps, coordinating with stakeholders and architects, and managing risks, dependencies, and KPIs across the program lifecycle.

Rate Range: $53/Hour to $60/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Tech PM Job Responsibilities include:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, perform cost-benefit analysis, and define implementation roadmaps.

• Identify stakeholders, create and manage RACI matrix, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

• Collaborate with solution and system architects to develop HLA/LLD and support development execution.

• Drive IT roadmap planning, budget forecasting, and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across the program lifecycle.

• Track KPIs, manage communication plans, and ensure timely delivery with product and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management.

• Strong experience in Spring Boot-based application delivery and managing complex digital transformation programs.

• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, IT roadmap planning, and driving cross-functional programs with risk and dependency management.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
