Tech Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead Technical Programs: Drive complex technology projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they meet goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, product, and other teams to align efforts and resolve roadblocks.
Risk Management: Identify potential issues and proactively find solutions to keep programs on track.
Communication: Clearly update all stakeholders, including leadership, on program status, risks, and decisions.
Process Improvement: Champion and implement best practices for program execution and team efficiency.
Technical Acumen: Understand technical details, architectures, and dependencies to guide informed decisions.

Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in technical program management or a similar role, delivering complex software or technology products.
Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Methodologies: Solid grasp of agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and other software development methodologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to anyone.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying and solving complex problems.
Tools: Proficient with program management tools like Jira, Asana, or similar.
