Tech Project Manager

Title: Tech Project Manager

Location - Wilmington DE (Locals Only)

Key job Responsibilities :

• Drive end to end program delivery across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
• Develop detailed program plans, timelines, roadmaps, status reports, and communication frameworks.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers-proactively drive mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross functional meetings and ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
• Partner closely with engineering leads to define technical requirements, architecture impacts, and solution trade offs.
• Understand APIs, systems design, data flows, and cloud architectures to effectively guide technical discussions.
• Translate complex technical information into clear business insights for leadership.
• Serve as the primary contact for program status, issues, planning, and communications.
• Influence senior leaders and decision makers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment across engineering, product, design, operations, security, and support teams.
• Establish and improve scalable processes, best practices, and governance structures.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Track KPIs and metrics to measure program health and performance.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-10+ years of experience in program management, engineering, or technical product roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing large scale, complex, cross functional programs.
• Experience in Data Conversion and Data Migration Programs
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Needs to be proactive & owns delivery
• Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
