We are seeking a Technical & Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of technical, corporate, and operational functions. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, engage, and hire top talent across engineering, product, IT, finance, HR, marketing, operations, and business support teams.Client DetailsWe are a technology-driven food manufacturing organization building innovative solutions that transform how people connect with products and services. Every part of our business is powered by collaboration, operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous innovation.Description Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and corporate positions across the organization.Recruit for roles including Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Analytics, IT, Cybersecurity, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Administrative functions.Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and create compelling job descriptions.Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.Conduct candidate outreach, resume reviews, phone screens, and interview coordination to assess technical skills, professional experience, and cultural alignment.Maintain organized applicant tracking records and provide regular recruiting updates to hiring managers and leadership.Collaborate with interview teams to develop interview guides, evaluation criteria, and hiring recommendations.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple business functions.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.Attend networking events, job fairs, university recruiting initiatives, and industry events to attract diverse talent.Support recruiting operations, hiring analytics, workforce planning, and process improvement initiatives.Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices across both technical and corporate hiring landscapes. Profile Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field and/or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.Experience recruiting for both technical and corporate/business roles preferred.Strong understanding of technical recruiting methodologies as well as corporate hiring practices.Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume requisitions.Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, and negotiation skills.Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively within a team environment.
