The technical recruiting role's main objective is to work with our clients and help place top tier tech talent to their growing teams. We’re looking for a dynamic team-player to work closely with potential talent, the rest of the team, and several internal operational groups to accelerate overall growth.
Responsibilities Identify potential talent that would be a good fit Building and managing candidate relationships Matchmaking top tier tech talent with our clients as candidates for their tech teams Sourcing Candidates: You must find potential tech candidates through leveraging our backend CRM and data tools. Keep our backend CRM of sales candidates well-organized and updated Communicate with the rest of the team efficiently and effectively Attend team meetings and trainings to keep current with technology
Taking full ownership of the hiring process and keeping track of all candidates
