Summary
The Business Development Manager will help drive the growth of Loyal Source Technical Services division through identification and engagement of prospective clients, with an end goal of engaging Loyal Source as their preferred provider of workforce solutions. This is a hunter role for a stang sales professional who thrives on winning new accounts. This position demands an exceptional balance of drive and commitment, coupled with exemplary interpersonal skills, topped off with a win-win mindset. The Business Development Manager possesses the uncanny ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-paced and fast-changing work environment.

Knowledge-Understanding of the staffing industry, sales process and the specialties withing the industry
Skill-Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Cold call and develop new business.
Ability-Build new markets and manage multiple opportunities. To travel nationwide to meet clients and prospects.

This position operates in a professional office environment.
The role uses standard office equipment.
Travel as required.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Pay Rate: Starting at 75,000
