Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager with a strong background in software development, specifically in Power BI and HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects within the retail sector, demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project success while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end to end project lifecycle for retail software development initiatives.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Utilize Power BI to analyze project data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Implement and manage HubSpot for project tracking and customer relationship management.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Mandatory Skills:
7 10 years of experience in project management within the retail sector.
Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with HubSpot for project management and CRM.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:
