Contract Software and Systems Support for Law Firm
DESCRIPTION:
We are a growing law firm seeking a contractor to assist with software support, buildouts, and system clean-up—primarily in Filevine (legal case management) and Lead Docket (lead intake & tracking). This role is for someone comfortable with technology, eager to learn, and able to help optimize our systems with guidance and training
This is a contract position, with potential for ongoing work depending on fit and firm needs
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support FileVine configuration, field buildouts, and cleanup
Assist with Lead Docket setup, workflow automation, and data integrity
Help map fields and sync data between Lead Docket and Filevine
Document processes and create simple internal reference guides
Participate in training and help staff understand system updates
Troubleshoot user questions and recommend process improvements
WHO YOU ARE:
Comfortable learning and working with Filevine and Lead Docket
Understand the confidentiality concerns of a law firm
Technically savvy with strong organizational skills
Able to translate business needs into improved software workflows
Clear communicator who can train others after onboarding
Experience with legal operations or case management systems is a plus

Flexible hours preferably Pacific time; remote
