Job Title: Tech Support Agent / Apprentice
We are looking for a motivated IT Technician or Technician Apprentice to join our team. This is a full-time, flexible position (3040 hours per week) providing IT support to business customers and their end users.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in IT. No prior professional experience is required - just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Location: Alliance, NE
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Full Time: Monday-Friday 8-5 (will consider part time hours)

What Were Looking For- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of computers and technology
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Valid drivers license (for occasional onsite work - mileage compensated)
Preferred (But Not Required)- Any hands-on IT experience (personal, school, or work-related)
- Familiarity with Windows, networking basics, or Microsoft 365
