Tech Support (Call Center)
We’re hiring a Tech / Customer Support professional to join a growing customer solutions team in the Tulsa area. This is a long-term opportunity with a company that supports residential and commercial customers through innovative smart technology and connected device solutions. Pay & Schedule
Pay: $17-18/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift- 2 PM- 10:30 PM | Five days/week including one weekend day
Location: Full-Time | On-Site | Tulsa Area
Type: Contract-To-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity
Overtime: Flexibility to stay late or arrive early based on business needs
What You’ll Do
  • Provide phone-based technical and customer support to residential and commercial clients
  • Troubleshoot connected devices, monitoring equipment, and smart technology systems
  • Research customer concerns and identify effective solutions while maintaining professionalism
  • Deliver a calm, positive customer experience during high-volume support calls
  • Document customer interactions and update account information accurately
  • Escalate complex technical issues appropriately while following company procedures
  • Maintain service quality standards and support overall customer satisfaction goals

Requirements
  • Previous technical support or call center experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
  • Minimum typing speed of 30–40 WPM preferred
  • Stable work history and dependable attendance
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background check and drug test
