Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance procedures from engineering drawings, photos, videos, and subject matter expert interviews.
• Collaborate with graphic illustrators and desktop publishers to support publication efforts.
• Participate in project, department, and customer program meetings and reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in a technical field with a strong understanding of technical documentation, including manuals and training materials.
• Secure and reliable internet connection for remote work.
• Ability to work within a defined scope and meet established deadlines.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Access.
• Willingness to travel as needed is essential.
• Veteran or military experience is a plus.
