Position Responsibilities:

Lead the design, creation, and delivery of technical documentation for complex technology products. Create content plans spanning the entire documentation lifecycle. Deliver high-quality conceptual, procedural, and reference documentation for technical audiences. Influence product improvements based on customer feedback. Collaborate across teams to help design and build better products. Mentor other technical writers and contribute to their professional development. Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with engineers. Create and maintain sample code, scripts, and technical procedures. Understand and document cloud computing concepts and AWS services.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, Communications or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) designing and delivering developer-oriented documentation; (2) using content publishing tools to write, format, manage, and publish technical content on the web. (3) Proficiency in using industry-standard content tools (e.g., authoring and publishing tools, mark-up languages, source control) : (4) Experience creating content plans and managing documentation lifecycles: (5) Ability to develop scripts, sample code, or technical procedures.
