Job Summary:
This role focuses on nurturing strategic relationships with enterprise clients using Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You will guide customers in operationalizing Adobe tools, ensuring they maximize value and achieve their business objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong client-facing skills to facilitate successful adoption and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable technical and operational roadmaps.
  • Drive technical issue resolution and proactively manage customer concerns.
  • Orchestrate complex system upgrades and environment changes for clients.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in marketing technology is required.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong Experience with Adobe Products are require
