We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Technical Account Manager to join our team, focusing on guiding our large enterprise customers through their operational challenges within the Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically with a stronghold in Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will not only act as a primary point of contact for our world-class clientele, ensuring their satisfaction and operational health but will also drive technical and strategic discussions to elevate customer value realization with Adobe solutions. This role demands a mix of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and excellent customer-facing skills to foster strong relationships and ensure successful adoption and optimization of Adobe technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central liaison for customers, maintaining high satisfaction levels and regular communication.
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical and operational plans.
- Coordinate efforts across teams to optimize product performance and drive customer adoption.
- Guide customers through complex environment changes and Adobe solution upgrades.
- Manage technical issues, deliver proactive updates, and participate in strategic review meetings.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Workfront.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, project management, and customer relationship building.
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in high-profile customer communications.
Industry Experience:
- Proficiency in marketing technology is essential.
- Experience in customer-facing roles within enterprise projects is required, especially those related to Java, SQL, JavaScript, and web technologies.
This role calls for an individual with a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience, boasting at least seven years in consultative roles within the tech industry, particularly marketing technology.
